The service person Anna who took my order is terrible she said I requested no phone call or email to notify me of a refill. I said I wanted email notices on refills not phone calls. She also said I had 2 or 3 order refills left when I only have 1. I asked my CC info not to be kept in the system until I reorder then taken out after, she did not do this. And she is rude and sarcastic. More than once
