My only prescription is generic Cialis and I'm retired in a HUD retirement community. The US prices are IMPOSSIBLE, and I put three Forever Stamps and send the paper prescription to CANADA and weeks later my Rx arrives. The pills can be cut (use a pill cutter) and I order the max of 44 X 20 mg pills. My Rx says take one daily to Keep It Simple. I have one refill. That lasts for me more than a year. I've been doing this for years and the nurse practitioners learn from me how to care for old men. Tadafil, or generic Cialis, is most commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men, but it's also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). I was headed toward a high blood pressure medicine, but the Tadafil has a 'side effect' ??? treated that. Emotionally, I went from grumpy to good to go. For me, Tadafil and alcohol make me hypotensive when I suddenly stand up. I've tried the other ED meds, and they worked ED-wise, but they had their own side effects.
