Planet Drugs is an excellent pharmacy. I have been getting medications from them for many years and have always been pleased with the service. When one of my recent prescriptions was lost at my local post office, they replaced it at no charge, even though it was not their fault that the package had been lost. The agent who helped me with this situation was extremely pleasant and professional. Thank you.

It is extremely easy to renew and fill my prescription every three months. They email AND call me. Once I’m on the phone, the person on the other end is efficient, thorough, polite, pleasant and the experience takes no time at all!

I have been using Planet Drugs Direct as my "go to" pharmacy for years and find them to be as good as, if better, than my local pharmacy. Besides notifying me when prescriptions are ready for refills, they let me know if I need a new prescription on file. Their prices are usually at least 25% lower than my insurance allows for certain prescriptions. The staff is very accommodating and eager to help with any questions. Today I talked to Wayne and he was very helpful in providing a timeline which insured delivery of medications well before my pills run out. The main issue is allow enough time even if there is a delay. My primary doctor has Planet Drugs Direct on file as my main pharmacy for non-emergency drugs. He realizes I am saving so much money and tries to help by faxing my prescriptions to them in a timely manner. Thank you Planet Drugs Direct for your service!
