This is a great place to go for the price it is impossible to find within the United States. Not only better prices but they are very professional and friendly. They also do a great job with the delivery service's.

My husband and I have used Planet Drugs Direct for a years and have been very pleased with the products and the service. This is the first time that I feel I need to comment on a negative in their process. I on 10/3/2021 I submitted an order to refill a prescription. That same day I sent a check. After many days, and upon them receiving my check, I was notified that I needed a new prescription. During that same period of time I visited my doctor unknown to me that I needed a new prescription. Planet Drugs faxed 4 times a request to my doctor for the prescription and my doctor tells me she was having trouble getting it to them. Finally, I agreed that I would pick up the prescription and fax it myself. All of this could have been avoided if I was notified prior to Planet Drugs accepting my order and my check.
