Very good about reminding me to renew my RX. However, not great about making sure the product is available. Since it takes about 6 weeks to get the medication, I would hope that it was in stock when I received my notification the renew. Other than that, keep up the good work.

I don't have any complaints except, I believe the calls you make to your customers could be turned down a notch. I do like your newsletters. I called awhile back to ask that I be taken off the call list but want to continue receiving the newsletters via email. I was told that I could have one without the other, so I said it was fine to keep things as is.
