I'm pleased with the service other than one thing. I have called Planet Drugs and emailed your Customer Service; but, for some reason I do not get all the Newsletters. I called in October and they said to let them know if I did not get the November newsletter. I did not. Today is December 2 and I have not received the December newsletter. I have done everything they said to do (check spam, double-check that I have the right email address, etc.). I was getting them - then suddenly nothing. I have asked for a resend of the November; but I get no reply. All they do is tell me to recheck everything, they cannot send a duplicate. Why, I don't know. My prescription, I believe, is going to be due for renewal in December and I need the code to get the 5% discount. Please send the Dec. newsletter.
