I am taking a medication that if I used my insurance in the US, I would have reached the "donut hole" in about 6 months. I love everything about Planet Drug. The associate who takes the call is always so friendly and helpful. I have told many people about this pharmacy. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Terrific Pharmacy!!! Prompt shipments! Fantastic Customer Service! Excellent Service in Every Way!! I have been using Planet Drugs Direct for years and have never once had a negative experience. One time a shipment was damaged in transit & they replaced it with overnight shipping. Terrific Pharmacy & Terrific Team!!!

When you stopped accepting Visa it has complicated the process. Now I have to get a "Cashiers Check" Mail it to you, generally around 10 to 12 days later you start to fill my order. But then you check my perscription and notify me you need another one. I go to the Doctor get a new one and have to mail it to you, no more faxes. 10 to 12 days later you recieve the perscripton. Now finally my order can be sent to New Zealand to be filled. 3 to 5 weeks later it arrives in my mail box. 8 to 9 weeke total. Now iI have to start all over again so I wont run out of my 90 day perscription. (GET VISA BACK)
