Would like the coupon to actually show up on my email . It always says browse--then nothing shows up I've talked to several PDD people re this issue, never resolved. Exasperating!

I am frustrated with having to send the original prescription. I send the scan document and that should enough! When we get a prescription we don't even see a hard copy. So this process is horrible! I sent eh original to you and the representative says it did not arrive? I can't help that and I do not have a copy or another.

We will absolutely accept a copy of your prescription to complete an order, however, please mail in the original so we can keep it documented in your file as this is standard pharmacy practice.
