I ordered my medication with plenty of time allotted for shipping. After a month, I was called and told my medication was back ordered. I would be called with a status report before the end of the year. I waited...and ran out of medication. I called on December 29th. I was told that it was still back ordered. Now I was given the option to order the brand name ( I had ordered the generic). The brand name was available at an increased cost of $5. I now have to wait for shipping while I am out of medication. I should have been given the option at the beginning.
