Planet Drugs Customer Service, including availability of Pharmacist to answer drug related questions, is excellent. Securing pharmaceuticals is a very time consuming, frustrating problem, but you staff has taken the time to walk me thru the "ins and outs" how your system works, answering and informing me from start to delivery of pharmaceauticals..

Love this store. Have been using them for years. Price of my particular item is so much cheaper than in U.S. even with insurance. Staff is exceptionally good. The company always lets you know when you are ready for refill. Product always arrives in a timely manner. Great company!

You stopped taking my Visa Card making it very "DIFFICULT" to get my prescriptions filled. The Prices keep going up and up.

Drugs that are readily available arrive in a few days. They make the effort to get another one of my very specific prescriptions from another continent! Phone staff are pleasant and helpful. Only "complaint" that I have is that they stopped taking VISA.

I've never dealt with a more accommodating business or professional staff. If the United States Medacare system dealt with PDD, more people would be able to pay $378.00 instead of Kaisers, $4500.++ (my cost) , for the SAME product... We need our government to make changes.. call your senators & lawmakers... per AARP's request.
