We have been using PlanetDrugsDirect for several years and are very satisfied. They make the order process for a new RX as easy as possible. You do have to mail in the original script BUT they get the process started right away by allowing you to upload a copy to begin the order fulfillment process so your products are not delayed. The refill process is even simpler, only requiring a few clicks. The prices have been very competitive and the products top quality. When we've had to contact customer service, both online chat and phone calls, have been quickly picked up and the representative has been able to answer our questions or resolve any issues without a problem. We highly recommend!
