I've been a satisfied customer of PlanetDrugsDirect for over ten years, and generally very satisfied. But my most recent experience was far from that. PDD sourced my drug from New Zealand, making it travel half way around the world to me during pandemic transportation issues. I ordered it Jan.15 and it took over a month just to get to L.A., then customs and USPS held it per some minor FDA labeling issue. I'd been in contact with PDD all along, but they provided no tracking or offer of resolution, until it passed the 8-week mark and (even though I told them I was missing my daily meds) they offered to reship my script - from the same NZ source! Customer service people on PDD's chat were courteous and professional, but reiterated that shipping/customs/FDA delays were not their fault. I say that if your business/profits rely on shipping/customs/FDA, it IS your responsibility. I'm still waiting on my drugs today, and the best PDD would offer as compensation was a $10 account credit.

This is a great alternative to paying high prices for drugs in the US. Their products are the same quality and often made in the same manufacturing plants as the products that you buy in the US but you don't pay inflated us prices.

Every time I call for refills the staff members are always so kind, professional and easy to understand without heavy accents. If you have any questions they walk you through the process. I love this company and pass on their information for better medication pricing than US pharmacies whenever I can.
