Been with PlanetDrugs for over 7 years and they have not failed me even when COVID held up shipping at times. Its not to say that I haven't had my disagreements with PlanetDrugs which always came out in my favor it seems. If a shipment was lost which has happened only twice, PlanetDrugs loyalty dept would help out and my prescription was shipped within days thereafter. Brought my sister on board years ago and hoping she still is a member since COVID. Thank you all for your patiences and kindness, greatly appreciated!

I have been very happy for the most part of the savings I receive thru Planet Drugs Direct. However, I find it strange that on some of the medications, the name brand and the generic of the same medication are the same price. The generic is normally less expensive. Then there are other medications such as Eliquis and it's generic that are more expensive through Planet Drugs Direct than they are for my drug plan in the USA. I have one other concern, no matter how many times I subscribe to the newsletter I never get it. I have put the Planet Drugs Direct information in my contacts section of my email and agents of Planet Drugs Direct have entered my email address numerous times to no avail. Meanwhile I do get emails telling me about the order I placed and when it shipped and, of course, like this email requesting a review of Planet Drugs Direct. The last agent I spoke with told me that other customers have the same complaint. Really wish this problem could be corrected.
