All the customer service reps are fabulous..I always call in to reorder & refill as I use a credit card. Although I somehow never get the monthly newsletter that would offer discount, the rep will give me some credit..I have worked with many of the IT people & reps from Planet Drugs..I have entered the page I was given to put into my agreed contacts.. I still do not get the newsletter but because all the reps are familiar with my situation, they usually will offer me the discount which goes away because I use a credit card but at least I am not paying extra for using my credit card..As I have been a Planet drug customer for over 10-15 years. great service

Good customer service for prescriptions and orders. Stated shipping times can be long but are accurate (my last order came from New Zealand). Plan ahead and enjoy the savings.
