I made an error on an order ,and contacted Planet Drugs on their chat line. Marilyn was great, correcting my mistake promptly. Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Planet drugs. I would not go anywhere else for online medications !!

I received a call with a special offer. They used the name Canada or Canadian pharmacy. They did not say "planet drugs direct...". I wat to know if the call was legit...

I have been ordering from Planet Drugs Direct for years and it wasn't until this past refill that there has been a problem. My prescription came from a totally different pharmacy in a different country. When I called to ask why I wasn't notified, I was told it was my fault because I chose the wrong pharmacy when placing the order. When I stated I only pushed "refill" and that my previous order had come from PDD in Canada, I was then told it was my daughter's fault because she placed the order. I was then told they notified my daughter -- which they did not do. There was excuse after excuse as to why we weren't notified it was coming from elsewhere. The fact that it was blame the patient first and not take responsibility tells me that PDD is not who I want to be dealing with any longer.

Planet Drugs Direct offers the best pet medicine service I've found. They are prompt, courteous, helpful, and affordable. Don't know what I would do without this resource! Highly recommend!
