I have been very pleased with my shipments from Planet Drugs Direct for the last two years; however, my last shipment was confiscated by the US Food and Drug Administration and subsequently destroyed. They said it was because it is a drug but not found on their list of approved drugs. The product was listed on the package as "Estradiol 7.5 mcg vaginal delivery system", but is ordered and identified as "Estring 2 MG Vaginal Ring". I do not know if it had been branded differently on the packaging if it would have been accepted. I requested a hearing via email and this was ignored. I am out over $191 and will not be ordering this product in the future. Thank you for your past service.

Planet used to be easy and economical to use. Recently it has gotten harder and more complicated to use. It is still economical but not as much as it once was. Principal problem is added complexity to using the site. Length of timing for deliveries is not a problem. I still like Planet Drugs Direct.
