Orders are perfect. Unfortunately, you ship your prescription via USPS who are very unreliable.

Your pricing is excellent, and that alone should earn you 5 stars. Your shipping and order follow thru is fine also. What pulls your score down, in my opinion, is your absence of e-script. Asking a busy doctor to fax or call in a prescription to you is time consuming and inefficient. This is 2025.

Some real difficulty (most from my Primary Care NP) to get the correct prescription to PlanetDrugs Direct. Other than than difficulty, the service was prompt and correct.
