The whole setup is horrible. You have to call a number & give all your information over the phone. No online portal to enter payment information or setup an account. There is no tracking information for your order. I was hesitant to spend the $$ I did, but locally the Rx was thousands of dollars. Since the site was recommended by a doctor, I went ahead and gave my CC info. It’s been 8 weeks since my order was processed and it still has NOT arrived. The only option is to order again and hope the 2nd package arrives, though they have no idea where the 1st package is. And then if by chance both arrive they will charge me the additional order amount and now I have 2 prescriptions for a special round of medication that I do NOT need. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

On top of great customer service, I am saving over 50% on my drug cost -and that is USA price WITH insurance RX plan!!! So once you get set up in their system with your doctor, your doc's office just faxes in your prescription to renew. Easy peasy & SAVE BIG MONEY!!!
