All the representatives are wonderful.. I never get the Newsletter due to issues w/either my Internet or Planet drugs so I never get the discount coupon. But when I order my medication, I always tell them & they give me the discount on my order. They are great.

If it weren’t for PlanetDrugsDirect.com I would not be able to afford Lumigan, the eye drops prescribed for treating glaucoma. In the US with insurance, my share cost $666 dollars compared to $100 out of pocket through this site. I would encourage anyone faced with exorbitant prescription prices to buy through this site.

Zero stars should be an option. Delayed order finally resent after many calls to customer service, then I was told I was to be responsible for the cost of the lost order if it EVER arrived. It never showed up! Poor customer service and reps are difficult to understand on the phone.
