I feel that the pharmacy does a good job at providing cost-effective medications. However, the fulfillment (slow) and shipment tracking process (poor notification) is lacking that can cause medications to sit in a hot mailbox without notification of delivery.

The customer service has gotten worse. Too many sales calls. Prices have almost doubled since I started getting my meds here. Getting my refills have gotten more difficult. Really loved this company for many years but now, meh.
