The last two refills of my Premarin have come from India. I have had to increase my pills to one every day, as versus one every other, which I had weaned myself down to. I was having hot flashes every night. I ordered a second refill after the first refill wasn’t working, hoping it was just a bad batch. But the same happened with the second refill. I have used Planet Drugs for years and been very happy with their products and their Excellent Service. Hope you can find another source for your Premarin.
