I heard about Planet Drug from doctor, And so glad I did. My insurance doesn’t cover some of my prescriptions, so I order from Planet Drug. Some of my prescriptions are cheaper through Planet Drug than they are through my insurance. It normally takes about two weeks to get my refills but that’s okay because I always have plenty to last until they arrive.

Planet Drugs Direct is a wonderful service for us in the USA who cannot afford our drugs here. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of the delay time in orderng drugs by mail and the time it takes them to get here.

Their service is not good. My doctor gave me prescriptions for 2 meds same 3 refills. One week after placing the order they told me they are missing a prescription for one med. They placed an order for one med and after 5 days called me that the med I am receiving has less than 9 month's expiry date. Basically, they wasted 2 weeks. Also when asked for expedited delivery, they inform not possible.
