Very friendly. Always willing to answer questions. I like the way they CALL me to remind me it's time to refill my prescription. Lower medicine rates are a big plus too.

I love it. I do not use it for all of my drugs but there are some that are outrageous in price, even with insurance. Planet Drugs to the rescue. One was no longer being covered by insurance (too expensive for them to make money). Planet Drugs to the rescue. Phone contacts are easy.
