I placed a refill order in January 2023 and have not received it. Planet Drugs is communicating with me weekly but are unable to get a delivery date from their supplier. I’m a customer for decades and this is the first time I’ve had a delivery problem . Hoping they resolve this issue soon.

They are the best. Call you when you need a refill, they'll contact your doctor if you need a new prescription, they mail timely and all agents are really nice and helpful.

I have been using Planet Drugs Direct for years now. Their prices have been lower than prices in the US. Also they are usually expediant in getting meds sent in time.

Your prescription prices for Apixaban have been getting completely out of hand. From another Canadian outlet I can now purchase 180 tabs at $364.95 compared to your $625!! Your prices have DOUBLED over the pass 6 months (from $306.99 to $624.95). What happened to your competitive prices?..sad
