ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE HOWEVER, I SOMETIMES WONDER HOW MUCH OF THE PRICE INCREASES ARE REAL AND HOW MANY ARE "JUST BECAUSE WE CAN CHARGE MORE." PERHAPS IT'S TIME I CHECK OTHER OPPERTUNITIES. WE ELDER PEOPLE THAT ARE LIVING ON FIXED INCOMES NEED TO SAVE WHERE WE CAN, FOR SURE!
