Very professional staff, very helpful. My physician's office discontinued sending presciptions to Canada but were willing to write a prescription for me to send. I was able to fax it to PlanetDrugsDirect, get the drugs in less than two weeks, and follow up by sending the paper copy of prescription to them for their records. We are very pleased that we can continue with them. Their prices are excellent.
