I gave it three stars instead of four because even though I have refills left on my prescription, I have to call to reorder each time. It's really not a big deal because I can always speak with someone right away and my order is taken care of on the spot. The agent is always very helpful in explaining how long it should take to receive my order. The order always comes in the time frame that I was told.
