Difficult to clarify dosage with telephone operators. Physician ordered 0.1%. Two telephone operators insisted the dosage was .01%. Called my physician to verify dosage ordered. Physicians office confirmed 0.1% ordered. Called Planet Drugs again with confirmation of 0.1% dosage. Telephone operator agreed and verbalized the correct dosage of 0.1%. Please train operators on how to verbalize dosage amounts involving decimals and percentages.
