I have used Planet Direct for at least 7 years, and find them to be professional and congenial. They are very good at reminding you to order the prescriptions and shipping them in a timely manner.Most importantly, the cost of their scripts are considerably less than in the USA!! I recommend them to my friends.

I am so upset about the status of my health and serious issues that could occur to my health. I contacted PPD on 12/17/23 and again on 12/27/23. The pharmacist was to call on 12/29/23 never called. My Vivelle.dot Estradot 0.0375 mg) is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be available. I have been on this patch since 1998 after a complete hysterectomy and need this drug to prevent a stroke-heart attack. I had been tested for a year in 1998 due to allergies and this is the only drug I can take with no reactions. I am so stressed that after I use the 2 weeks I have left I will have serious side effects of withdrawal. You just don't go out and get extras from a dr., pharmacist or drug store. I have a RX that I trusted PPD to have my meds. Today was told it may be available in Feb. That's one month without my RX. You should care about your patients after 11 yrs of service. Other Canada pharmacies have this drug???? Why not you?

Been working and ordering my medications for several years now. They are efficient and they work with you to get the best deal. Service has continued to be efficient and they follow through even to tracking delivery time of arrivals!. Always friendly and courteous. What's not to like?

Love the service they provide. Save me quite a bit of money. Do not like the fact I have to deal with their employees I cannot understand. The speak very poor English and are rude.

Great service. They always call me when my RX is ready for renewal. Polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with ( and the prices are great)!!
