Even if I had a drugstore on the corner, I would still use Planetdrusdirect for my Combivent inhaler. They are incredibly responsive!

Phone calls are ridiculously long winded. Especially for repetitive orders. With new tariff rules, no longer that much of a bargain.

PDD has done an outstanding job. They keep prices reasonable. They are helpful with technical medical questions. Their billing system works well. Customer service and refill reminders are helpful. They can't fix the tariff problems or speed up the mail. But the wait is worth it. You must plan your refills accordingly.

Even with the recent tariff increase, my medications are still less than 50% of charges by my US pharmacy coverage. I enjoy working with my friends from Canada. They are always pleasant, professional, and efficient.
