Good customer service, ease of ordering, cheaper drug prices. Using for my dog's inhaler which would be almost twice the price at a regular pharmacy in the US. It did take some time to receive the prescription since it was coming from New Zealand, but other than that, great service.

I can't say enough good about Pharmacist Joseph and team. I was having with a VERY rare Planet Drugs Direct problem with an RX of mine. He returned my call and was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and very very gracious and apologized sincerely for the error. Even making sure the new RX shipment would be expedited and that a loyalty team member would make the arrangements for a full credit. I could not have been more satisfied. Thank you , the resolution meant the world to me .
