The reluctance to use your service is your inability, or refusal, to identify WHEN a prescription will be delivered other than "two to four weeks." Deliveries left at my front door, and most neighborhoods in the United States, are likely to be stolen if not the recipient does not take possession of the delivery promptly. With a window of "two to four weeks" (Good Luck & hope you believe in God), it is impossible to anticipate when a prescription shall arrive. Your easy to use web site, your excellent Customer Service is meaningless if I do not have the date of delivery. I don't need that 4 weeks in advance. Twenty four hours notice - 48 hours - would alert customers as to when to be on the lookout for a delivery they have paid for whether received or not. If your company were well managed, you would, at the very least, give customers a choice: Pay more for a delivery service that provides Tracking or advanced notice of deliver or not. Now, the customer determines the risk not YOU.

Really like the fact that eye drops are made in Canada instead of India or China. Also the bottles are not tiny as some other ones I have used. The shipping was fast. Thank you.

Responsive and legitimate. Very happy with their services. Only thing to note is that orders over $1,000 CAN be cashiers check or sezzle. They do not have to be international money orders as the site says. Don’t delay your order or pay the post office fee associated with international money orders.
