Representative that contacted me was rude would not listen and reprimanded ,because according to HIM I raised my voice. So I did some research and now found that I can actually obtain my medicine through GoodRX locally and overall at a less expense. Therefore I'm seriously considering not using your services in the future.

The personalized service is gone. No phone orders. Online only. Complicated website. I have changed to another Canadian pharmacy.

I'm very happy with this service. Prices are consistently below the copays for my US insurance and customer service people are pleasant and helpful. There are a few things to be aware of that differ from what you are likely used to, though, if you have a number of ongoing prescriptions. 1) Shipping time is 2 - 4 weeks so you need to plan ahead more than you may be used to. 2) They are very good about following up with my doctors when subscription renewals are required. However, their system doesn't store the data from one renewal to the next so I have to re-input doctor name and contact data every time. 3) I prefer online orders rather than phone/chat because much quicker. However, I have recurring prescriptions from more than one doctor and no way to enter data for multiple doctors. When my order includes both doctors, no way to do the order on line.
