I've been buying my synthroid from Planet Drugs for years. Last month the price shot up $20 (40%). I was able to find it cheaper through another Canadian Pharmacy. I don't want to leave but if you continue to make me jump through hoops to get a good price I will. Planet Drugs did price match but then charged $10 for shipping. I'm not super happy. I have been a loyal customer but will look elsewhere if you continue to do drastic price increases.

It's good to hear you were able to take advantage of our price matching, however if the competitor has a shipping fee, that will be applied. We will continue to work hard to find our customers the best savings on their medication needs!
