The customer service hadept. reps are always very helpful and cordial. They always follow-up when the next order is to be refilled. Also they are open to any questions I may have on meds and always asks if there are any problems with the drugs I am taking Thank you for the superb service that you render.

I had an outstanding Chat online with Marilyn S today in which I needed to understand the status of an order. It started because I went online to PDD because I saw the recommendation that I pay with e-check. And I can't keep up with all of the terminology of today's web based things. So I simply asked Marilyn what e-check means. She explained what it was and then asked me if I would give her some of my particulars so she could look up my account. Once I did that she explained that I had been ordering via e-check for some time and that she could easily adjust the order I just had made to get it payed by e-check (saving me some money)! We then proceeded to talk about the status of my order and she explained that I still had two more refills coming and that they could also be paid the same way in the future and importantly explained that I could also now order my Jardiance as Jardiance instead of the generic as I had been ordering. All greatly appreciated. She took care of everything!

Order arrived as they told me it would . There is pressure to buy more at discounted price . But in these inflation times it is difficult , to manage more .
