My prescription, Estring, is frequently back ordered and delayed. This last time, because of delay, it had expired and I was told that it could not be refilled as it was over a year old. This wasn’t my fault as I did not cause delay. I had to argue with the woman on the phone to call my doctor for a new prescription. She was insisting that it was my responsibility to call. Also, item went up in price substantially and I was told it was due to shipping costs. Really? $50.00 plus for S/H? I will not be ordering item again. I see my doctor today and will get a different prescription.
