PDD is really on top of everything. I recently ordered a refill and by mistake, ordered the generic version of a medicine delivered by patch, instead of the specific brand - which was actually cheaper. They emailed me, telling me that they noticed that I ordered the generic when I usually ordered the specific brand and ask me to verify that I wanted to change. I was so glad they noticed the change, I would have been so disappointed if I had received the generic because the adhesive on the patch is different and the generic often causes a rash. I really appreciate their customer care, they do “care”.
