An order was not delivered causing me to scramble to get something re-ordered. They handled the re-order very well, but the lost/undelivered initial order scared the hell out of me, and I am searching for other options.

I had an immense amount of trouble getting my prescription to them. Some was because of my doctor’s office, but Planet Drugs was not so helpful either. It took over a month to complete the transaction.

Customer service is very good - reminders for repeats are on time however occasionally the accents of some reps is hard to understand - English being their second language
