As always, the customer service via chat is amazing. Karl W. was very helpful, and very quick to respond to all my questions. (This always stands out to me b/c as I'm sure everyone knows, the experience with other companies' chats, can verrrrryyyy slow, and often prompt me to type "are you still there?", "do you need any other info in order to answer my question?", etc. 😭) Anyway, that is never the case when I'm chatting w/ PlanetDrugsdirect.com. 😀

I have always appreciated the reminder calls. I was beyond amazed to receive a call from Planet Drugs Direct warning me that one of the suppliers for a drug I needed was about to go on strike. They graciously advised me to make sure that I had enough of my med to see me through the strike. What great customer service! I highly recommend Planet Drugs Direct.
