As always, the customer service via chat is amazing. Karl W. was very helpful, and very quick to respond to all my questions. (This always stands out to me b/c as I'm sure everyone knows, the experience with other companies' chats, can verrrrryyyy slow, and often prompt me to type "are you still there?", "do you need any other info in order to answer my question?", etc. 😭) Anyway, that is never the case when I'm chatting w/ PlanetDrugsdirect.com. 😀
