We get refill due notices by phone regularly. When I speak to Planet Drugs people, they are very helpful and polite. We have saved a lot of money with PlanetDrugs, compared to what some items cost at our US pharmacy. Hundreds of dollars. It is easy to navigate the website, even for a tech challenged old person like me ! We feel well taken care of and are confident we get contacted when needed. Thank you !

I am very pleased with the customer service, quality, and ease of use of ordering from your pharmacy. Prices are very reasonable. Sometimes, there is a "wait time" for delivery to the US from different manufacturers around the world, but that is to be expected when doing global shopping.
