The only negative thing about using PlanetDrugsDirect is that my prescriptions don't seem to clear smoothly. Every time I have a prescription to send over, whether it's by fax or voice, I always have to call and follow up on it being cleared, because someone didn't check the fax or the answering machine. It's very frustrating!
