I could not find my 5% Code for December so I called in the prescription. Lance was the name of the person I talked to and he was extremely helpful and professional. He took care of the reordering of my blood thinner and did give me the 5% discount. Sometimes my mail server, for some reason, decides certain things should not be downloaded. Or, it just got lost in the December mail overload. Thanks very much for helping me out.
