After having no problems with getting my prescription for 8 years, this year one of my prescriptions was not delivered, it appears to be lost in the mail. Anyway, after waiting the requisite time I was down to my last 30 days of meds. The person who processed my replacement order put a rush on the order and I received it from Belgium in 2 weeks. I am so grateful for the special handling by Planet Drugs staff, they really care. The missing meds still have not shown up but I do have the replacement order, Thanks!!!

PDD is great to deal with! Their phone staff is friendly and professional. The cost of their drugs is very reasonable. Shipping time is quite acceptable. The only suggestion I would make is too reduce some of the "protocol" chatter that I know the phone staff is required to say, but customers find it tedious.

Fairly easy to work with. slow delivery time, but arrived in time. Reorder early to allow for transit time. Good value.
