PDD used to be very dependable....for several years in the past they performed very well. But, in the past year PDD has slipped badly. First, they increased the price of my prescription 58% with no forewarning what so ever. Second, their delivery has failed miserably. What used to take 2-3 weeks, most recently took over 7-1/2 weeks despite my calling with complaints after 5 weeks. My belief is they lost the order completely. PDD doesn't provide tracking which every vendor provides in today's world. PDD needs to "reset".
