The telephone operator would NOT help me when I asked her to speak more slowly and clearly. She had an accent and denied that she was not speaking clearly. She would NOT speak slowly and distinctly. She was also very prickly when I asked about tariffs. I have been doing business with them for a long time and was VERY disappointed about the customer service rep. I am NOT anti-immigrant and support the rights of immigrants in the US. However older adults need to talk to people who are willing to WORK ON THEIR english clarity. Please consider that when you hire customer reps and have higher expectations.

I recently tried to refill my inhaler RX of 20mcg/100mcg, written 08/20/2025, with a maximum limit of 4 Grams over the course of the next 5 refills. One refill was used 11/14/2025= Three inhalers each containing 20mcg/100mcg I still had 4 refills available, per the script. My request was denied stating I had already used the allotted 4Grams. Which would mean I had, in two months, inhaled 4,000,000 mcgs. Is that even possible??????
