Once I understood the process timing for getting my prescription filled, it became a great alternative, at a much better cost than if I were getting it in my area. My doctor recommended going with Planet Drugs Direct, so has been wonderful about taking care of the paperwork/prescription. I budget in the time from ordering to delivery, so order well ahead of my actual need date. I've been amused by the variety of locations from which the prescription arrives, but the product always looks the same, and seems to give the same results. The people who are on the phone for taking my request are informed and helpful. I have recommended it to others, as the cost of medications often comes up in conversations.

PlanetDrugsDirect is awesome! I am able to request my order online and it usually arrives in about 6 weeks. I am happy to have their service as it saves me a lot of money. I have insurance but my copay is much more than what I pay through PlanetDrugsDirect.

The items ordered were delivered within the prescribed time-frame albeit at the very end of the 2-4 weeks promised. It would be nice going forward that the item include a tracker.
