1) Your prices are great, 2) Get realistic - only one month a year has 28 days. Deliver medications in lots for 30 day supply. 3) Hate all the packaging. If you can dump the foil packs, do it. 4) Don't offer to refill medications if the prescription on file doesn't cover the lot you usually sell/send. I'm constantly getting these phone reminders to refill so I call and the contact person says we can't refill that because you only have 30 days supply left on your Rx. You need a new Rx. I explain that I can't get a new Rx because my doctor will not renew unless I see him in person and the next appointment is two months away. Contact person says, "We can contact your Doctor for you, try 3 times and keep you abreast of his response". So, I say okay. You attempt 3 times and no response and tell me so with numerous emails, all saying I need a new Rx to complete my order which I can't get until I see him in person, now one month in the future. Then I get an email that my order will be cancell
