You are far to impressed with yourselves. You have a poor system which you handle poorly resulting in poor service and questionable transactions. Think about it. When you call me, then you have to ask me questions to verify its me, that is ludicrous. You may think you are complying with privacy etc, but you are just full of youselves and demonstrate a lack of comprehension of what you are doing.
