I’m extremely impressed by Planet Drug. I live in the US which is a medical nightmare if you have any sort of chronic illness, because insurance companies will deny you the very prescription that’ll help manage symptoms. With that said, it took me over one year to commit to ordering from Canada. I read many reviews and even got Canada-based pharmacy reviews from friends and support groups. In the end, I chose Planet Drug and I’m so glad I did! The prices were outstanding compared to other Canada-based pharmacy’s, and their customer service was out of this world. I can’t praise them enough (and no, I’m definitely not being paid to write this haha). The quantity as prescribed was not available online. I sent a quick email to Planet Drug explaining my situation. Their reply was within an hour! One hour! I couldn’t believe it. We proceeded to have follow-up email conversation, followed by a brief phone call. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and turnaround was A+.
